Veda Lila is a distributor and manufacturer of premium Ayurvedic products in Sweden (est. 1988).

The company grew from a small shop in Stockholm, to a leading distributor to both consumers and retailers throughout Scandinavia.

The Brief

Veda Lila is one of our long standing clients. They have been with us since 2014!

When we started working with the company, most of their online sales came through organic search. Paid search brought only a few sales per month, and the cost per acquisition was too high for them to accept.

The goals for this project were to increase sales, reduce cost per acquisition, and expand the campaign to more products and countries.

Exponential approach

The project was quite complex due to the amount of products the company stocks. Our first move was to data mine the sales numbers and identify the top 100 products. Following this, we rebuilt the entire Adwords and Facebook Ads accounts:

• Creating an ad group for each of the top 100 products.
• Setting up a shopping campaign.
• Setting up campaigns in Denmark, Norway and Finland.
• Employing automated rules to keep the top keywords visible.
• Using tighter manual bids management and automated rules to reduce cost per acquisition.
• Creating Facebook Ads campaigns for top products and growing the email list.
• We created a funnel based on a free giveaway to generate leads and used an auto responder to drive sales from the list.
