Citizen Park is a 144 flat condominium, with the aim was to create low-maintenance, purpose-built flats, with a welcoming and comfortable feel; The flats range in size from studio flats to 3 bedrooms.

Citizen Park is not just a condominium, but a complex habitat, designed with people at the heart of it. It has the advantage of its own garden and a playground.

Citizen Park is being built in the center of Angyalföld on a quiet, leafy street, in Jász utca. The 13th District is one of the fastest developing areas in Budapest.

The Brief.

Citizen Park reached out to us, to promote their condominium to foreign investors in Hungary and internationally.

Our Approach.

We targeted both foreigners living in Europe, Israel, Russia and Hungary as well as Hungarians living outside Hungary.

We had to run ads in both English and Hungarian.

We ran 3 types of campaign: search, remarketing and managed placements.

• We set up paid search on Google ads, targeting relevant keywords: flats for sale budapest, budapest real estate, buy apartment budapest.
• We ran Google ads display acquisitions by setting up hundreds of URLs via managed placements on sites in which investors search for properties in Budapest.
• We ran remarketing campaigns targeting users who visited the website but didn’t become leads.
• The optimization protocols included bid adjustment by device; search and display demographics; ads optimization; placement exclusions and negative keywords.
• Our campaigns brought high quality relevant leads for the international sales team of Citizen Park.
