ProperT GmbH, is a real estate firm in Berlin. 

The Brief.

ProperT reached out to us to bring back their Google Ads campaign which stopped working after several months. ProperT’s goal was to generate leads of international investors for their properties in Berlin.

Our Approach.

We analysed the statistics and re-built the entire account focusing on the most performing channels.

• We setup conversion tracking on all of ProperT’s landing pages.
• We analysed CRM data against campaigns statistics and worked out the cost per lead per country.
• We re-built the account by a campaign per country structure, while pausing their only campaign which targeted all countries.
• We enabled only the countries with the best CPLs.
